This week, Dr. Tim and the ControlStressEasy.com team have been busy helping people control their stress naturally through biofeedback and breathing techniques! And we wanted to share with you some other awesome natural ways to supplement Dr. Tim’s techniques and be in control of your stress this week!
Try out some essential oils!
Essential oils are one of the easiest and most cost-efficient ways to control your stress! There are also a plethora of ways you can use them as well as dozens of scents to pick from. Lavender and mandarin are some oils that naturally promote calmness and have been some of our top picks lately. Our favorite way to use oils is to purchase an essential oil diffuser and fill your space with one of the earth’s most natural anxiety reliefs! But, you don’t have to have a diffusor to reap the benefit of oils. You can even place a drop on the inside of your wrists and be smelling happy all day long.
Make time to share some laughs with friends!
They say laughter is the best medicine. This could not be more true when trying to control stress! According to helpguide.org, “Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain”. Making time to laugh and see people you care about are very beneficial ways to be helping supplement your stress this week.
Yoga, yoga, and more yoga.
Yoga is a great way to promote health and wellness throughout our bodies. You can find various ways to do yoga, attend a class, watch some YouTube videos, or just stretch what feels right. But if you are specifically looking for some mind and body exercises to help ease stress and anxiety and to promote performance, Dr. Tim has his “Mind and Body Yoga exercises” video as well.
We hope you are finding ways to control your stress easily this week! Don’t forget to check out some of our packages and find some efficient ways to get your focus back! Biofeedback is a great tool to help focus our minds and here are three extra ways to help keep your mind in focus this week!
